I understand that feeling when you just feel super crap about yourself. Anyone relate? Even just the other day I had to go to a luncheon. I felt like my skin looked bad, and it didn’t seem to matter what clothing I tried on it just didn’t look right! It took me about 10 minutes to realise this was not about my skin or my clothes. I needed to do a 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 and do a quick detox on them to get my negative mindset sorted. I’ve done this a million times before so it doesn’t take me that long anymore. You know it used to take me days to get out of that funk, even months. I hate to admit this but there was once a time when those negative mindsets ruled my life!

It’s a horrible feeling to not feel good about yourself. If you have a negative opinion of yourself, then it is easy for you to operate through the lens of negativity.
